How long does shipping take?

Are AEROFUR™ products safe for all pets?
Yes! All AEROFUR™ grooming systems are designed with pet safety as the top priority. Our vacuum groomers operate at pet-safe noise levels (<50dB on quiet mode), and all attachments feature rounded edges and adjustable suction.

How do I clean my AeroFur™?
Empty the dust cup after each use. The HEPA filter should be rinsed monthly and replaced every 6 months (AeroFilter Refresh Kit™). Wipe attachments with a damp cloth.

Yes! Visit our AeroEssentials™ collection for replacement brushes, filters, hoses, and nozzle sets. All parts are designed for easy tool-free swapping.

What does the warranty cover?
Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, motor failures, and component malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover cosmetic damage or misuse. Contact us with your order number to file a claim.
