30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your AEROFUR™ products. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in like-new condition
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@getaerofur.com with your order number
- Include a brief description of why you wish to return the item
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions
Return Shipping
We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible returns. Simply pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location. We recommend using a tracking service to monitor your return shipment.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your product for the same item in a different size, color, or configuration. To request an exchange, contact us at support@getaerofur.com with your order number and desired variation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will immediately send you a replacement at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for refund due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened filters
- Used brush heads
All other items are returnable according to our standard return policy.
Manufacturer Warranty
All AEROFUR™ products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is separate from our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Bundle Returns
If you purchased a bundle, you must return the complete bundle to receive a full refund. Partial bundle returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
